Some agents quietly put up big numbers. Mark DeSantis just got the whole state to notice his.
In eXp Realty Texas’ September 2026 monthly rankings — the Top 10 teams and individuals across Texas, based on closed and finalized volume for the month — Mark DeSantis ranked #4 among all Texas individuals by volume. Not #4 on the peninsula. Not #4 in the county. #4 in Texas.
If you’ve worked with Mark, you’re not surprised. He knows Bolivar the way locals know it — which streets flood and which ones don’t, which lots will perc and which won’t, what a beach house is really worth when the first offer lands. September was a sprint of end-of-summer closings and second-home buyers, and Mark ran it like he runs every month: prepared, straight-talking, and all-in for his clients.
Congratulations, Mark — your clients already know what the ranking just confirmed.
